Rauda is a European tech company focused on ticket solving conversational AI for enterprise. They approached us with a very specific need: to define a reduced branding system that would allow them to present themselves with clarity and coherence while they continued to grow as a product. And use that language to also make their website.
Rauda is an invisible product that solves problems. Its value doesn’t lie in what is seen, but in what works. As a B2B AI solution designed to handle high volumes of support tickets with great precision, the challenge was to align their visual identity with the sophistication of the technology—without losing warmth or approachability.
The goal was not to overdesign, but to give Rauda a clear voice: not the loudest in the room, but the most precise.
Brief. Approach
The objective was to express solidity and intelligence without becoming impersonal. We proposed a visual system based on restraint and precision, capable of flexing across different contexts while remaining consistent and recognisable.
The approach relied on typographic clarity, a reduced and controlled color palette, and a subtle warmth in tone. Every decision was intentional: nothing decorative, nothing superfluous.
Rauda’s identity had to resonate equally with engineering teams, customer support agents, and operations leads. A system grounded in logic and reliability, designed to work quietly in the background.


Manrope is a geometric and rational typeface that conveys confidence without rigidity. Its high legibility and neutral tone make it a solid choice for a brand like Rauda: technological, precise, and designed to integrate naturally into complex environments.
